OUR SERVICES

  • GROUP FITNESS WORKOUTS

    Our gym is built around providing group fitness classes, in a supportive and non-judgmental space. We have a huge variation of classes in our timetable and we can tailor all workouts to any age, stage or ability.

  • CHALLENGES

    Each year, we provide up to four challenges for our members to participate in. Challenges typically run for between 6 and 12 weeks, and are a great opportunity for people to put their health and fitness first for a designated period of time.

  • PLAYGROUP

    At SHIFT we offer playgroup, a childcare service held at 9.30am on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. This enables those in our community who have young ones to be able to do something for themselves - they can come along for workout and not have to worry about organising external childcare.

  • ONGOING SUPPORT

    Our coaches are just as invested in your health and fitness goals as you are - if you feel you need extra support or accountability outside of the gym, please never hesitate to let the team know so we can assist.

At SHIFT Mind & Body, we are proud to have built a strong community and culture. Our trainers are as invested in your goals as you are, and are passionate about encouraging and supporting our members both inside and outside of the gym.

We strive to provide support with anything you require to smash your goals; from training, goal setting, nutritional support, through to consultations and body scans. We have you sorted!

OUR CLASSES

We are proud of the full schedule of classes we are able to provide for our members, encompassing an array of training styles. We know how important variety in training is, so have ensured our members get the diversity they need.

Our classes range from cardio/endurance days with blood pumping, & bodies sweating, to strength/resistance days, where we slow down and focus on really controlling our movement, correcting technique and making gains. There is a class suited to anyone and everyone, and all classes are able to be tailored to suit different needs, abilities and any injuries you may be nursing.

No two classes are ever the same, keeping every workout interesting. Our experienced coaches are there every step of the way to make sure you are getting the most out of your session!
