We’re predominantly a group fitness gym, dedicated to motivating and supporting our members as they work toward their goals.

Let’s get you started!

Our classes are designed to suit a wide range of people. Whether you’re completely new to training or have been exercising for years, you’ll feel right at home.

Each session can be tailored to different fitness levels, abilities, and goals - so no matter where you’re starting from, there’s a class for you to support your progress.

WHAT TO EXPECT

If you’re new to our community, arrive a little early so one of our trainers can meet you and help you get set up for your first class.

WELCOME AND INTRO
To kick off each of our classes, one of our trainers will guide you through the layout and explain the timing you’ll follow during your workout.

This is also the perfect time for our trainers to share any important announcements, upcoming events, or additional notices and information.


DEMO

Next, you’ll move to the front of the room to watch a full demonstration of each exercise by one of our trainers.

During the demo, our trainers will also provide alternative options for each exercise, giving progressed or regressed variations to make them easier or more challenging based on your individual needs.


WARM UP

Following the demo, your trainer will lead everyone through a full body warm up. This helps prevent injuries and ensures your muscles are properly prepared for an epic workout!


GET YOUR SWEAT ON!

Once you’re warmed up and ready, we dive straight into the workout! Throughout the session, your coaches will be right beside you, correcting form and supporting you through every challenge.

Our classes feature a variety of styles - including AMRAPs, AFAPs, HIIT, chippers, and more - to ensure our members enjoy diverse workouts and that no two classes are ever the same.


HIGH FIVES!

Once you’ve crushed the workout, there are high fives all around! At Shift, we take pride in our supportive community, where everyone celebrates each other’s achievements and progress.


STRETCHING

A great way to finish any workout is with a full-body stretch! After our classes, we all come together to stretch, helping to prevent tightness and reduce the risk of injury. Stretching also improves flexibility, which is an important part of overall fitness and recovery.
